IronBase was born out of frustration with fragmented recruiting workflows — too many tabs, too many tools, not enough results. We set out to build the platform we always wished existed: one place where independent recruiters could access quality split-fee jobs, submit candidates instantly, and leverage AI to do more in less time.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IronBase ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be a licensed or independent recruiting professional to use IronBase. By creating an account, you represent that you are legally authorized to engage in recruiting activities in your jurisdiction.

3. Platform Use

IronBase provides tools for job posting, candidate submission, AI grading, and recruiter collaboration. Users agree not to post fraudulent job listings, submit fabricated resumes, or engage in any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform.

4. Deal Splits & Fees

Fee split agreements are between the posting recruiter and the submitting recruiter. IronBase facilitates the connection but is not a party to individual placement agreements. All fee arrangements must be honored as posted.

5. Referral Program

Referral bonuses are subject to program terms and may be modified at any time. IronBase reserves the right to disqualify referrals that violate program guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, tools, and AI features are the property of IronBase. Users retain rights to their own submitted content but grant IronBase a license to process it for platform functionality.

7. Limitation of Liability

IronBase is provided "as is." We are not liable for failed placements, split fee disputes between recruiters, or any indirect damages arising from platform use.

8. Changes to Terms

We collect information you provide when registering (name, email, professional details), activity data (jobs posted, submissions made), and technical data (IP address, browser, device type).

How We Use It

Your information is used to operate the platform, process AI features on your submissions, improve our services, and communicate platform updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

AI Processing

Resume content submitted through the platform is processed by AI systems for scoring and matching purposes. This data is handled securely and not used to train external models.

Data Sharing

We share minimal data necessary for platform operation. Job postings and recruiter profiles may be visible to other verified platform users. We do not share personal information with advertisers.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support@ironbase.tech.
